We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Does NIC+ZOE ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How should I care for my NIC+ZOE knitwear?

To maintain the quality of our signature knits, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the garment tag. Most of our high-quality yarns prefer hand washing or dry cleaning to retain their shape and softness.
